The exclusive Vermouth is developed in collaboration with Jamin Underwaterwines, an Italian startup of "underwater wines" created with the support of the University of Florence and the Italian Sommelier Association.
Refinement in the sea gives greater oxidation to the starting liquid. The final result is a unique and evocative experience thanks to the role played by the difference in pressure, the absence of light, the constant temperature and the harmonic currents. Vermouth Marino has a pleasantly dominant marine scent (almost like coquillage) on both the nose and the palate, accompanied by a light chemical, varnish and acetone note. The marine refinement gives the product flavor but also a lot of softness.
