The intersection created by Giancarlo between the three Mancino Vermouth: Secco, Bianco and Rosso, based on a a Barbera D’asti D.O.C.G with the addition of pure China Calissaja. The palate is rich, deep and bitter with the notes of the red wine that gives to the Chinato all the characteristic to be a remarkable digestive and aperitif. To be served chilled or at room temperature. 17,5% Vol.

60ml Mancino Vermouth Chinato
30ml Old Tom Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey Syrup
Top up Soda water
Shake all the ingredients with ice, except the soda water, double strain into a High Ball.

30ml Mancino Vermouth Chinato
60ml Blended Japanese whisky
20ml Drambuie Liqueur
Stir all the ingredients with ice and strain into chilled rock glass over an ice chunk.
